Winter events  are becoming much more popular – by day the lake shines with its icy crust, and by night with all the lanterns our stunning gardens look like Narnia!

From late February trees in blossom and thousands of Daffodils grace our gardens giving a riot of colour!

Minstrel Court is beautiful at any time of year but in the autumn it can be glorious! Many years ago we planted the Avenue with Canadian Maples and after the first sharp frost the colours are incredible!

Wedding Photographers love visiting Minstrel Court and you can see why! As well as the beautiful photo opportunities around the Pavilion there are plenty of long range shots available overlooking the lake and gardens. One of our more unusual aspects is a picture of the couple with their guests taken from a bank overlooking the Pavilion!

One of the key parts of any wedding day is a great party in the evening and we believe Minstrel Court offers one of the most stunning settings anywhere!

Whether they decide to have chair covers or use our fine traditonal beech Cheltenham Chairs most couples choose to really personalise their wedding day by adding their own finishing touches to the Marquee. We are flexible on table positioning – one of the pictures shows a layout without the traditional top table. And on a fine day we can easily open up the entire front so guests can eat al fresco overlooking superb views of the lake and island!

With our glassed in Pavilion and soaring canopies to protect  your guests from sun and showers we are as near to an all weather Outside venue as you can get, and all within a stunning setting!
