Most Wedding breakfasts have either two or three served courses, usually consisting of a starter, main and dessert. ( An increasingly popular option though is to replace the starter with a selection of canapes). These are chosen in advance by you and we need to know 4 weeks in advance of the day for your choices and numbers. Our all inclusive packages include canapes followed by a two course meal and you can add a starter (see some ideas below) at an extra cost. They include one main choice and one vegetarian choice plus any special dietary requirements (although we can offer a choice for guests for £1.99pp provided we know in advance ).
Serving options can include served buffet style (we do not suggest this as it can take some time for all your guests to get their meals), fully plated, plated main with veg served on the table (family service) or served on sharing platters on the table for a fully informal meal!.
We will always include full staffing, cutlery and crockery and three ply napkins. We charge £9.99 to launder each round cloth (top table is not charged) and we can supply linen napkins for 99p each
Here are a few ideas to give you an idea of prices but we offer many more options and are always happy to discuss your own ideas (prices quoted are per head, excluding VAT)
The prices below are for weddings where the venue is hired and catering added on. For those of you on an all inclusive package a list of upgrade options see under ‘All Inclusive’
For more seated menu ideas including our served tasting platters visit our Buffet page. Essentially, because the same number of staff are involved in clearing up, the costs of a served buffet and a sit down meal are about the same – a buffet gives you more choice, a sit down meal looks more up market! In practice we prefer not to serve buffet style as it can often take a long time for guests to get their meals. If each guest takes only one minute to stand up, go to the buffet and return, even with only 60 guests that can take an hour!
Vegetables or accompaniments can be served in a number of ways including plated or in dishes on the table
